We mince our own British pork for our pies and blend with an age old seasoning recipe which includes sage, oregano and mace. Then using a traditional hot pastry recipe we hand-fill and stamp our pies every day, to ensure they are at their freshest. After a long bake they are individually jellied with perfectly seasoned pie jelly, then it's straight to the shop.
