Our Traditional Pork Pies come in 5 sizes....

We mince our own British pork for our pies and blend with an age old seasoning recipe which includes sage, oregano and mace.  Then using a traditional hot pastry recipe we hand-fill and stamp our pies every day, to ensure they are at their freshest.  After a long bake they are individually jellied with perfectly seasoned pie jelly, then it's straight to the shop.

At Christmas we have our special Christmas Pie, layered with our tasty pork meat, chicken, stuffing and topped with glazed fresh cranberries.
